ד"ר עופר רייטר אגר הוא רופא עור מוסמך, מומחה באבחון מוקדם ובטיפול בסרטן עור, עם דגש על מלנומה וגידולים עוריים שאינם מלנומה. הוא מהמובילים את תחום האבחון המוקדם של סרטן העור בישראל, ועומד בראש מרפאת סקר לסרטן עור במרכז הרפואי רבין. ד"ר רייטר אגר סיים את לימודי הרפואה באונ׳ תל אביב בהצטיינות, השלים התמחות-על באונקולוגיה עורית במרכז הסרטן Memorial Sloan Kettering בניו יורק, ומשמש כמרצה בכיר בפקולטה לרפואה באוניברסיטת תל אביב. הוא מזכיר החברה הישראלית לדרמוסקופיה וחבר הנהלה בחברה הבינלאומית לדרמוסקופיה.
